Steven Betancurth Founder
Steven Betancurth is a top real estate agent and investor and founder of the Betancurth Real Estate Group—one of North Jersey’s top real estate teams and ranked among REAL Brokerage’s top 25 small teams nationwide. Raised in Bayonne NJ, by Colombian immigrants, Steven got his start in real estate working construction, painting, and cleaning houses as a laborer in high school—hands-on experience that sparked his passion for the industry. Since then, he’s closed over $150 million in sales, leveraging his local expertise, marketing background, and strong negotiation skills. in 2024, he launched Gold Coast Capital Group and its sister company, Gold Coast Capital Lending, to provide clients with a higher level of service—delivering a true one-stop shop that keeps everything under one roof while elevating the overall client experience.
Steven studied Marketing and Finance at NJCU School of Business in Downtown Jersey City and leads with integrity, innovation, and a deep commitment to his community.
